Coralo Group of Companies owns a land bank with several plots varying between 1000 - 6000 sq. meters in size where one can easily accomodate a 2-7 bedrrom villa, depending on the customer's choice and requirements. Most of the plots enjoy panoramic views of the Mediteranean sea.

Unique design to reflect your personality

With our 30 year experience in building high quality homes, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to build a villa with a unique design, in which you can incorporate your personal ideas and find solutions for your specific housing needs. Once you select a plot, our experienced Architect will invide you to bring along your own sketches & ideas as well as show you a selection of existing villa designs, which may help with the design of your villa.

3D visualization before construction

Our Architect & designer will help make your villa a reality by applying 3D rendering software techniques, before building permissions are obtained & construction commences. In this way, you will be able to visualize, modify if necessary and adjust the design so that you can be sure of the result once construction begins.

Construction-delivery-after sales care

As with all Coralo customers you will be fully updated on the building progress of your custom build villa which can take anywhere from 12-24 months depending on the structure (this will be specified in your contract). Keys of the property & title deeds will be delivered as desribed in the buying process and of course we will always be here to support you and attend your needs as they arise throughout this process.
