When you sign a contract to purchase a CORALO home you are given our commitment that we will be with you and assist you every step of the way.
As a Coralo customer you will be assigned a Customer Care Manager who will be the person to answer to all your questions and attend to all your related needs. First you will be updated with the progress of your home with photographs and reports if you are away, or frequent visits to the construction site. Once you receive the keys to your new home, we will still be here to respond to any questions you have or resolve any minor problems that may arise, with a full 1 year workmanship warranty.

- Landscaping
- Garden design
- Planting services
- Information on swimming pool services
- Transfer of utilities
